July 17th, 2009Dan Potacke learns he is an Isthmus Pick!
Hi, everybody. It's me, your good friend, Dan Potacke. And I'm bringing my show back to The Frequency to interview more guests, tell some more jokes and to give more people a chance to spin away on the Wheel of Fantasticness.
Joining me on July 20th will be: Matt Sloan and Aaron Yonda of Blame Society Productions, they are the guys who created internet sensation Chad Vader as well as several other video series including: Bric-A-Brac Theatre, Fun Rangers, Thor's Kitchen, and so many more.
Additionally, they will be joined by John Urban of the Urban Music Theater on My Madison TV. We'll talk about his long-running tv show focusing on local music, his photography business and maybe even touch on his extensive charity work.
Just added to the bill: Comedian Aaron Quinn. It's been too long since he has done stand-up but read his great comedy blog at: http://www.quinntastic.com
All this stuff... and lots more!
Next Monday, JULY 20TH, at the FREQUENCY! The show starts at 6pm and as always it's free!

June 15th Preview - Full Nelson Incest On-A-Limb
June 10th, 2009Hi! It's me, Dan Potacke and I'd like to invite you to come see my show on Monday, June 15th! As always, it's at the Frequency at 6 p.m and it's free for those above the age of 21.
This time, I've got one of the stars of the new independent horror film, Incest Death Squad: Carmella Wiese! She will talk to me about her adventures making a film with such an... interesting title! Plus, she got to meet Troma President Lloyd Kaufman who has a role in the film.
Then, I've got some folks from Out-On-A-Limbprov, a group that does Improv comedy once a month out at Glass Nickel on Atwood. Maybe they will let me play one of their improv games with them!
Plus, we've also got Sean McKenna to plug his new show: Full Nelson Reilly. It's a Madison variety show that mixes comedy skits with interviews from people around town. Wow, what an original concept for a show!
June 1st - Dudu and Stu

He also hosts Access: City Hall on City Channel 12 and has written the premiere book on Madison's history: Madison Volume 1 and is currently working on Volume 2.
Also coming to the stage will be Billy Buffalo and Dudu Stinks from Stink Tank coming off of last year's album Books on Tape, one of the most original albums to come out of Madison in a long time. Sadly, Jimmy French Fries will be unable to attend.
Finally, comedian David Fisher will be there, just to make sure that this random guest list has no cohesion whatsoever.
And maybe I'll e-mail JT and see if he's available.
